Shipping Policy
Due to Customs laws, we only ship plants to addresses within the USA.
Shipping:
We do not have a minimum order, but ordering 3 or more plants will allow us to include a bonus plant (or plants) with your order.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail to help reduce shipping time and stress to your plants. You should receive your order within 2 to 3 days once we put it in the mail. You will be notified when the plants are shipped. Shipping rates are as follows:
- 1 to 3 plants ship for $7
- 4 to 6 plants ship for $10
- 7 to 10 plants ship for $11.50
- 11 to 15 plants ship for $13
- 16 to 20 plants ship for $15
- 21 to 25 plants ship for $17
- 26 to 30 plants ship for $18
- 31 to 40 plants ship for $20
- 41 to 50 plants ship for $22
- 51 to 1000 fans ship for 9% of purchase price.
Due to the nature of shipping rates and changes, these posted rates may be changed and updated without notice from time to time as the market rates change for us.
Shipping Dates:
Daylilies are shipped beginning in early April, as weather and field conditions here on the farm permits. We’ll notify you when your order is nearing it’s shipping date. You’re welcome to let us know if you have a specific date you’d like your order shipped, and we will try to meet your request whenever possible. We’ll continue to ship Daylilies as late in the fall as weather permits, generally through the end of September.
Bearded Iris are shipped beginning the second week in July, as weather and field conditions here on the farm permits. We’ll notify you when your order is nearing it’s shipping date. You’re welcome to let us know if you have a specific date you’d like your order shipped, and we will try to meet your request whenever possible. We’ll continue to ship Bearded Iris as late in the fall as weather permits, generally through the end of September.
Returns:
If your plants are not satisfactory when they arrive, please contact us immediately. Do Not Return the plants. We would like an opportunity to try to understand what caused the problem, and we will work to resolve the problem in a timely and satisfactory manner.
What You Will Get:
You will receive healthy, mature, blooming size plants that are in good condition and ready to be planted in your landscape and ready to grow and thrive. Planting methods, garden conditions and weather or climate hazards however, can affect performance and survival in future years, and are out of our control.
If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, notify us immediately, so we have a chance to understand what went wrong. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will replace plants that arrive in an unusable condition. Properly planted and cared for, your plants should provide years of color and enjoyment in your landscape. For planting instructions, click here.
