Daylily

What can I say! Daylilies are one of my favorite landscape plants. They are sun-loving plants that multiply quickly and produce a surprising number of blooms each year. They come in an endless array of colors, sizes, and styles. Each beautiful bloom lasts only a single day, but because they produce so many blooms, you are assured of a long beautiful bloom season. Some Daylilies are rebloomers, and some are considered continuous bloomers. Find those listed all together in the Reblooming section, below. Many are fragrant - they have their own section, too. Our daylilies begin blooming in late May and continue through June in their peak season, with some varieties blooming almost continuously through September. No garden is complete without at least a few of these beauties. It's easy to see why daylilies have earned a permanent place in the landscape.
